Master Mind and Ayni

There are many trainings and circles that make use of mastermind groups, and this practice can be very helpful in moving ideas, business plans, and personal development forward. It is a way to meet with a small circle of people, discern and name aloud goals and then be accountable to some extent to the group and yourself for making progress towards those goals.
Traditionally mastermind groups invoked the esoteric Mastermind which alludes to Creator Source, God, the Akashic Records, or a wisdom force from outside of one’s self to listen to, affirm and support recognized goals. Mastermind groups have supported each other in naming their intentions, dreams, visions and manifestations by holding themselves and each other through blessings and prayers.
In the Awakened Soul container, shamanic mastermind groups made up of 2-4 people, start the process of their regular meeting by recognizing and calling in Spirit. There are 9 guiding statements and the first is a recognition that we are all connected and personally desire to be in right relationship with all that is. It is a statement that recognizes we are part of a living, dynamic Universe.
Being in a Mastermind with a group of committed people can be a powerful process for moving through life. It can connect you to your purpose, vision for the future and empower you to make shifts that change outcomes in meaningful ways. It helps you track your life and get things done!
First statement in the Awakened Soul Mastermind process for life mastery and manifestation is:
I am Open and in Ayni
I am connected and in right relationship (Ayni) with Creator Source, Mother Earth, the natural world, spiritual beings and all of life. I am empowered to transform my challenges and to improve my life. I ask for support, guidance and partnership.
Ayni is living with reciprocity, an awareness and acceptance of being in relationship with all that is.
For example, we can easily recognize our reciprocity with trees. We breathe out carbon dioxide which they use for life, and we breathe in their outbreath which is oxygen. We have a mutually life-serving relationship in which we can say the trees have our backs and we have theirs. We serve each other. To deepen this relationship, we can walk through a forest with deep awareness and appreciation of their service to us and offer our service to them.
To live in reciprocity is also to recognize our responsibility. It is an awareness that we are called to be present with how we think, speak, act and take care of business at all different levels starting with ourselves.
When we live with an understanding of reciprocity as we connect with others in a mastermind we realize when we are simply not alone, but in partnership with Spirit as we live into our purpose.
